Michael Madsen has been released after being arrested Wednesday night. According to multiple reports, Madsen was arrested in Malibu on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing. Los Angeles Sheriff's Department deputies were called to Madsen's Malibu home, which he was renting, at around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night, by the property's owner, who detained the actor in a citizen's arrest. According to LASD arrest records, obtained by ET, the Kill Bill actor was then transported to West Hills Hospital before being taken to the sheriff's Lost Hills Station, where he was issued a $500 citation and released about 6:45 a.
