A body's been found washed up on the salt flats near Chichester Harbour. On Sunday 22 July at 5pm, officers were called by the Coastguard Service to Itchenor Sailing Club, near Chichester, following reports of a body in the water.  Police have now confirmed that a body, wearing swimming trunks and goggles, was recovered a short while later from just outside the Harbour on the salt flats.  The body is believed to be that of a 62-year old Chichester man.

Melody Thornton feels like a proud parent now that she's released her latest EP, Lioness Eyes. “Oh my god, [it feels like] my child has gone to college!” she jokingly exclaims. “There's been tears of joy, there have been moments where I’m like ‘Oh my god,’ you know, just so overwhelmed.” The 35-year-old singer first rose to fame in the aughts as a member of The Pussycat Dolls.
