Hubert Védrine Vie Privée – Le 31 juillet 1947, Hubert Védrine est né à Saint Sylvain Bellegarde, Creuse. Diplômé de Sciences Po Paris avec une licence d’histoire, il travaille à l’ENA jusqu’à son départ pour le ministère de la Culture en 1974 (grâce à une promotion de Simone Weil). Il entre à la Direction générale des relations culturelles, scientifiques et techniques du ministère des Affaires étrangères en 1979. Entre-temps, il est élu premier Premier adjoint (PS) de la Nièvre en 1978.
