Despite Kim's pending lawsuit, Vivid Entertainment is going forward with a March 21 release of "Kim Kardashian Superstar" -- the sex video Kim made with then-boyfriend, Ray-J.
Steven Hirsch, Co-Chairman of Vivid, told TMZ, "I met with Kim yesterday and unfortunately, we didn't even come close to reaching an agreement. We will now immediately move forward with the release."
After Kardashian filed suit last month, Vivid announced that they would temporarily halt production.
A small fire forced the evacuation of the IRS headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Monday.
Spokesman Terry Lemons told The Associated Press that the fire started in the basement around 3:30 p.m. ET and created a lot of smoke — forcing the building to be evacuated.
The Washington Post reports:
The building closed about 2:45 p.m. Monday, before the fire started, "due to electrical issues with the air-conditioning system," an IRS spokesman said.

Chrisean Rock is mostly in denial about her role in the drama at Tamar Braxton's Baltimore concert his past weekend. The 23-year-old appears to have mistaken the show venue for the Baddies house, as she punched backup singer James Wright Chanel several times after finding out she wasn't a part of the R&B star's setlist. Practically everyone but Braxton has spoken out at this point, but on Monday (November 13) evening, a video appeared online in which she confirms Rock is responsible for traumatizing her friend and colleague.
